The journalist Roberta de Souza is a native of Niterói, resident of Maricá, a bandista for almost 20 years and is the mother of two small pearls: Murilo and Miguel.

She is responsible for Gaia Assessoria de Comunicação and has been working in the publishing market for almost 20 years as ghost writer, copy and evaluator of literary works.

She published the book "Meninas de 30" (2013), the biography of spiritist "Morgana da Figueira" (2015) and her book of poems, the "Cavador do Infinito" (July 2020). At the end of 2020 she re-released the book "Girls of 30 (vol 1)" and released the "Girls of 30 (vol 2)". She participated as co-author and co-organizer of 5 anthologies, is co-author of 1 collection and organized 2 more collections.

She was invited to open the book "Niterói em Fatos e Fotos" with a special poem about her hometown. The book, presented in a deluxe edition, is signed by photographer Antonio Schumacher.

She was honored with the Medal commemorating the 200th anniversary of the City Council of Niterói. She is the creator of the Balzaqueando website. She is a member of Maricá's collective of writers called "People of the Book"; and is a member number 002 of the AILB (International Academy of Brazilian Literature).
