Very good book with many survey data and explanations. It covers many behavior aspects of Brazilians. Once more it negates the myth of racial democracy. The chapters on racism and affirmative action are excellent. I do recommend for people interested in deciphering the "jeitinho brasileiro". Maybe some Brazilians will not like the photo.

Este livro faz um bom serviço ao representar a cultura do brasileiro até os capítulos de pautas raciais. Nestes em específico acredito que os métodos empregados não sejam muito bem empregados.

De qualquer forma, traz uma lente que clareia a percepção que se tem a respeito do Brasil e das suas perspectivas de avanço. Mas ao mesmo tempo confesso que me deixou um pouco triste ao perceber que o Brasil é em sua grande maioria um país muito retrógrado.
