Ana Julia Perrotti-Garcia was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and she started studying English as a second language when she was ten. After graduating in Dentistry and Surgery, she decided to specialize in translation and interpretation. Now, she works with technical translations and interpretations in the health area for a range of periodicals, publishing houses, companies, and websites, her working languages are Portuguese (native), English (source and target), Italian (source) and Spanish (source); she has translated over 50 full textbooks/chapters, for renowned publishing houses. Graduated as a dentist and also as a Translator and Interpreter; she has the Specialist degree in Translation from the University of São Paulo, Brazil. Authored and published 7 dictionaries and 3 course books of ESP. Master’s degree in Corpus Linguistics. Ana Julia has given courses and lectures in Translation, Corpus-based research and Dental English in Brazil, Northern Ireland, the USA, Australia, England, and Portugal, among others. At the moment, she is finishing her PhD thesis on the translations and adaptations of Robert Louis Stevenson's Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

It is a very complete vocabulary from Brazilian Portuguese into English. It is very useful and helpful.
