This is a very important, valuable book about investment. It comes with the authority of someone who has been very successful in the investment industry for many years, with very personal (but rigorous) opinions about theory and practice alike. Howard Marks accomplished something really remarkable with this book: he condensed all a CFA student is expected to learn, but with a fresh and at the same time sophisticated thinking. Excellent.
